Terms of Service

Effective date: April 22, 2026

1. What AutoJawab does

AutoJawab connects to your WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform and sends AI-generated replies to your customers based on the FAQs and business information you provide.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. WhatsApp and Meta policies

To use AutoJawab you must also comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate Meta's rules, including spam, unsolicited messaging, prohibited goods, or impersonation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Send spam, scams, or unsolicited marketing.
• Impersonate another person or business, or falsely represent your affiliation.
• Use the Service to promote illegal activity, hate speech, harassment, or anything prohibited by WhatsApp.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or overwhelm the Service.
• Upload content or FAQs that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Free trial and paid plans

AutoJawab offers a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription, billed through Lemon Squeezy. Plan prices and message limits are shown in the dashboard and may change with reasonable notice.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your billing page; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. AI-generated replies

Replies are generated by an AI model (Anthropic Claude). AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for the content of replies sent from your WhatsApp number, and for reviewing AI behaviour in your dashboard. Do not rely on AutoJawab for medical, legal, financial, or other decisions requiring a licensed professional.

8. Your data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. You retain ownership of your FAQs and business content; you grant AutoJawab a license to process that content solely to operate the Service for you.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Meta, Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic or Lemon Squeezy outages may affect AutoJawab. We may perform maintenance or release updates at any time.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Meta policies, or applicable law, or that abuse the Service. You may terminate by deleting your account at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoJawab's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost customer messages.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AutoJawab harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or Meta's policies.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, except that you may bring consumer-protection claims in your place of residence if applicable law requires it.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
