Privacy Policy

AutoJawab ("AutoJawab", "we", "us") provides an automated WhatsApp reply service for small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using AutoJawab you agree to the practices described below.
1. Who we are
AutoJawab is operated by Jawad Nisar, Pakistan. You can reach us at support@autojawab.com.
2. Information we collect
a) Account information
When you sign up we collect your email address and, optionally, your business name. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
b) WhatsApp Business connection data
When you connect WhatsApp to AutoJawab (manually or via Meta's Embedded Signup flow), we receive and store: your WhatsApp Business Account ID, Phone Number ID, display phone number, and an access token that allows AutoJawab to send replies on your behalf. We do not access any other part of your Facebook or Meta account.
c) Customer messages
Incoming WhatsApp messages from your customers are received by AutoJawab via Meta's WhatsApp Business webhooks. Each message, along with the sender's WhatsApp phone number and the reply we generate, is stored in our database so you can review conversation history in your dashboard.
d) Business content you provide
FAQs, prices, instructions and any other content you enter so our AI can answer on your behalf.
e) Billing information
Subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We receive billing events (plan, status, renewal date) but we never see or store your card details.
f) Technical logs
Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, errors) generated by Vercel and Supabase for security and debugging.
3. How we use your information
- To send automated replies to your WhatsApp customers.
- To generate those replies by sending the customer's message and your business FAQs to Anthropic (Claude) as an AI processor.
- To show you conversation history, analytics, and billing status in your dashboard.
- To notify you about service issues, account events, and product updates.
- To detect abuse and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your data and we do not use the content of your customers' WhatsApp messages to train any AI model.
4. Sub-processors we share data with
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — WhatsApp Business Platform (message delivery).
- Supabase — database, authentication, storage.
- Vercel — hosting and serverless compute.
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI processing of message content to generate replies. Anthropic does not train on data sent via the API.
- Lemon Squeezy — payments, invoicing and tax.
5. Data retention
We keep your account data, FAQs and conversation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we remove your data within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal, billing or fraud-prevention reasons.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@autojawab.com. You can disconnect WhatsApp at any time from your dashboard, which revokes the access token stored by AutoJawab.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on managed infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel). Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and keep your login credentials private.
8. Children
AutoJawab is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.
9. International transfers
AutoJawab is operated from Pakistan and our sub-processors may process data in the United States and the European Union. By using the service you consent to these transfers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of AutoJawab after a change means you accept the updated policy.
